Jonathan Steier, Principal
Jonathan has enjoyed a successful career in commercial real estate in Los Angeles for over 25 years. He started JS Realty Co. to provide honest, dedicated service backed by extensive market knowledge and strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and tenants.
Jonathan began his career as a broker at Cypress Retail Group, a respected firm specializing in retail representation in North L.A. County. After seven years, he joined JH Snyder Company and later Combined Properties, two major retail landlords in L.A., where he developed skills in creative leasing and marketing.
He treats every retail project with importance and has closed hundreds of lease deals totaling over $150 million. Born and raised in L.A., Jonathan graduated from Windward School and earned his B.S. at American University in D.C. He now lives in Encino with his wife, two children and French bulldogs.
Jonathan is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, member of the Internation Council of Shopping Centers, a Certified CA Probate & Trust Specialist and an active member of Provisors.
